At City Grammar School, we believe that modern methods and approaches must be employed to enable students to achieve their fullest potential. Islamic traditions towards learning are very liberal and are best illustrated by the Holy prophet (PBUH)’s saying ‘Seek knowledge from the cradle to the grave.’ The greatest achievements in the Muslim world in the fields of medicine, philosophy mathematics, arts and literature came when the truly Islamic spirit embodied in the maxim was being followed. With the world and the needs of the community changing at an ever-increasing rate, City Grammar School endeavors to be open to change, and seeks to adapt, innovate and keep in step with the goals that the society expects of it. At City Grammar School, which currently owns and operates multiple school networks in Pakistan, our aim and belief are that through hard work and effort, students will be able to step forth into the real and highly competitive world. We ensure that they are equipped with the ability to make mature and well-informed judgments based on a clear understanding of essential principles, concepts and moral values. The CGS is a school community of nearly 3000 students and staff based in Rawalpindi/ Islamabad. Our Montessori
At CGS, our Montessori provides a safe, loving and stimulating environment for the students to grow in every way. We consider it our privilege to care for each child who comes to our Montessori, and accompany them as they embark on a journey of learning and exploration by the means of unlimited learning, a caring team and friendships that begin in early year.
